Simba
1
Year Old Male Rough Coat
Simba
Simba is a 1-2 year old male dog who came to us from a local
animal
shelter where he was found as a stray.
Simba is VERY underweight and has several hotspots on his back
that are in the process of healing. With a lot of TLC, Simba will
heal
quickly and soon become the lion we know he can be.
Simba seems to be fine with children and we don't don't know
how
he behaves with other dogs yet. He is neutered and current on
all
his vaccinations.
Does your family have the love and time it takes to make Simba
into the beautiful Saint we know he can be?

Letter
from Simba's forever
family!

I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to "Simba".
He is such a
loving and sweet dog. A tad jealous at times, but we're working
on it :) In
no time, he'll be a healthy, beautiful St. Bernard that all the
neighbors
will be jealous of, if they're not already! Right now, he's laying
by my
feet grunting. Thanks for letting us adopt such a wonderful dog.

Update: 7/2002
Hi. I was left a message from Jessica regarding
one of the dogs I adopted about a month ago. His name is "Simba".
I just wanted to tell you that Simba is doing wonderfully. He's
gained weight and he's not skin and bones anymore! His hot spots
are still healing, but the hair is growing in well and probably
should be completely covered in the next month or two. We've also
started him in obedience school and he's doing very well. He even
knows how to sit!
We think he's the greatest dog and we are extremely pleased with
him. He gets along with my other dog and anyone that visits us.
I can't say enough good things about him. Not only is he calm
and obedient, but one of the most loving dogs I've had. Simba
wants to be cuddled all day long. Thanks again for introducing
us to him!
Margaret and Mike
