Carter is a 1 1/2 year old male rough coat. He is a very sweet boy who was released by his owner. Carter is neutered and current on all his vaccines. He is playful, loves people, kids, and other dogs. He is a big mellow boy who loves to take walks, but does pull some on the leash so we recommend basic obedience training. Carter is just waiting for the right family to give him the love and attention that he deserves.
