Blaze
came to rescue with her brother Moose,
we tried to place them together, but found that difficult if not
close to impossible.
Blaze
was adopted by a wonderful family and will be spoiled, we hope
the same for Moose.
Moose
and Blaze have been obedience trained and know all the commands
but need a refresher course as they are a bit rusty. She really
remembered a lot of her obedience work, by the time she left.
They
are both very sweet and get along with dogs, cats, kids and generally
everyone they meet.
I am an adopter who would also like to stay on the Volunteer
list. If
something comes up that I can do, I will.
I adopted Blaze last summer and she's doing great. Basically,
she's taken
over the house, the car, and pretty much anything else that she
wants. We
consider ourselves very lucky to have adopted such a wonderful
Saint.
Although her previous owners had paid for extensive training,
we just
finished 8 weeks of additional obedience training. This proved
to be one
of Blaze's weaknesses. If she didn't feel like obeying, she didn't.
