Bailey
2-3 Year Old Female Rough Coat

Bailey is a sweet & mellow girl. She was found in the Lancaster/Palmdale area with her friend, Buddy, and both were turned in to the local pound. Since she was already spayed and had a microchip, the shelter contacted her owner, who no longer wanted the dogs for reasons unknown, so they contacted us.

Bailey was well-fed and knows basic obedience commands, although it's going to take more than one bath to get her looking as pretty as she needs to be. Her hair was very matted and she was very cautious and shy when we introduced her to another male dog, so she needs to be in a home where she is the only dog. She has not shown any signs of aggression towards people at all and got along just fine with two youngsters that were playing with her.

Bailey apparently likes to go places in the car. As soon as one of our volunteers opened her SUV door, she didn't hesitate to jump inside and make herself comfortable. She walks well on the leash and doesn't pull. She's been groomed, so all Bailey will need is a loving family that will give her the attention she desires.
